Do You Have Questions About Collaborative Delivery?
Who owns the design documents in phase one of the Progressive Design-Build process? What are priority costs of equipment and how do they relate to the allocation of risk? At what point in the ‘open book process’ does agreement on the costs occur? Questions like these were raised at the recent June 1 education session in Richmond, VA. If you or your organization would like answers to these or other questions about the use of a design-build delivery method for either a current or future project, they can be found at a WDBC design-build education session.
