Fixed-Price Design-Build Procurement Guide Will Be Released in December

Our newest procurement guide will be released in December! The Fixed-Price Procurement Guide will join our existing library of guides that include the Progressive Design-Build Procurement Guide and the Construction Management At-Risk Procurement Guide, all available on the WDBC website.

Produced by the WDBC Technical Practices Committee, these documents are intended to assist owners in developing Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) procurement documents for water and wastewater projects using design-build and construction management at-risk delivery methods. They are structured so that owners can insert their own specific information instead of starting from scratch. Additional guidance on procurement is also located in the 4th Edition of the Water and Wastewater Design-Build Handbook (2016).
