Structured into three groups of action steps for use by industry owners and design-builders for water infrastructure projects, the Water Design-Build Council's guidelines summarize the best practices to use in preparing for, procuring and managing a successful collaboration of a water design-build project. These Recommended Best Practices profile the guidance and direction described in the 3rd edition of the WDBC Municipal Water and Wastewater Design-Build Handbook .
