Spotlight on Leofwin Clark, WDBC 1st Vice President/Treasurer
As WDBC’s First Vice President, Leofwin Clark is the first in line to preside at any Board or Executive Group meeting in the absence of its president.
Mr Clark also holds the position of treasurer, chairing the Budget and Finance Committee, overseeing the organization's financial operations, and ensuring that the annual audit or review of the Council’s transactions are conducted by a certified public accountant.
Mr. Clark brings to the WDBC Board over 25 years of experience focusing on collaborative delivery for major infrastructure and U.S. government projects, including design-build, design-build-operate, public-private-partnerships, and contract operations\privatization. Currently, Mr. Clark is a Sales Director for CH2M Hill’s Water Business Group, serving as the firm’s Business Development Platform Lead for the water- and wastewater-related design-build market.
As CH2M Hill’s Water Business Group Global Business Development Platform Lead, Mr. Clark is also responsible for design-build water/wastewater market development and planning. These requirements include development of market share in North America, implementation of P3 development strategies in Canada and design-build capabilities within CH2M Hill’s footprint outside of North America. He is also responsible for professional organization coordination, including the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the Water Design-Build Council (WDBC).
